ABOUT ME

I’m an International Coaching Federation (ICF) coach-in-training, retired professor and professional musician/artist offering coaching support for people navigating life’s many transitions. Whether you’re considering a career move, adapting to retirement, experiencing an identity shift, reinventing your career, or simply feeling the pull of change—you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Throughout my career in academia and the arts I’ve been drawn to the rich, often messy process of self-discovery. That same curiosity and reverence for personal growth now shape my coaching practice. I work with individuals who are ready to explore what’s next with openness, curiosity, and self-compassion. I believe transitions are not problems to be solved, but invitations to reconnect with who we are and what matters most.

I bring a depth of lived experience to my coaching sessions, having felt the stretch and pull of myriad transitions in my own life over the years (motherhood, divorce, retirement, expat life). I bring a calm and compassionate presence to each session, and my clients often say they feel truly seen and heard. It’s an honor to walk alongside them as they clarify their values, reclaim their voice, and step into the next phase of life with more confidence and intention.

My coaching style is warm, grounded, and non-judgmental. Together, we co-create a space where insights can emerge naturally—through meaningful conversation, creative reflection, and intuitive exploration.

If you're experiencing a shift in your life, I’d be honored to help you find your ground again.
