What is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative process which helps individuals identify and achieve personal or professional goals. It involves asking insightful questions, providing support, and offering tools to help clients gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and develop practical strategies for moving forward. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing and past issues, coaching is future-oriented, focused on growth, self-discovery, and creating actionable steps toward positive change. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients, where they can reflect, gain new perspectives, and unlock their full potential.
Why Coach with me?
Coaching with me means partnering with someone who truly understands the complexity of life’s transitions. I have moved through many of life's big changes (career, identity shifts, motherhood, divorce, retirement, and expat life), while trying my best to maintain self-compassion and a sense of humor whenever possible!
As a retired professor and professional musician-turned-mosaic artist, I bring a unique blend of academic insight, creative thinking, and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to my coaching sessions. My coaching is focused on client self-discovery, helping you uncover your core values and strengths, while navigating those changes with confidence and self-compassion.
Whether you're redefining your career, adjusting to new life stages, seeking deeper purpose, or just feeling "stuck", I provide the support and tools you need to make empowered, meaningful, and authentic decisions that are unique to your individual needs. Together, we'll explore your path, create clarity, and move you forward toward solutions that are uniquely tailored to your needs and circumstances.

This isn’t a program. It’s a conversation with your future self.
